CA on deer hunting regulations bother?
My brother has a small number of avocado trees in Squaw Valley, California, and some deer in the area have to have a taste the taste of the leaves. Trees are not to produce a livilyhood. The deer have already killed a tree and all attempts to protect the remaining trees have been unsuccessful. There is so much dollars and are fed and mostly appear at night. We wanted to shoot but is affraid of the law. I've heard of something called "nuicance permit", but do not know much about them. Any and all information about our situation would be appreciated. I would be also able to shoot the does.
