Sell non copyright hunting dvds?
Does anybody know if you can copy and sell non copyright homemade hunting films for people to learn from.
My friend can buy these online already copied but doesn’t know if she could copy and sell them again as she sells stuff in car boot sales and markets.
There is no copyrights whats so ever on them.

It says on the sight that they are for sale on that they have no copyrights on them.
Could you even just buy loads off that sight as they are cheap and then resell them ???

Just because there is no copyright mark on them does NOT mean they are not subject to copyright law.
Copyright exists from the moment the item is made.
You must assume that the material is copyright unless it specifically says otherwise.
There is no requirement to mark material as copyrighted.
