Hunting Jobs In Colorado

My boss continually asks me to do illegal things.. what can I do?
I have already warned him and told him to STOP even asking me to do things which violate state and federal laws. I always refuse but he gets increasingly angrier each time I refuse.
Some examples of his requests :
Asking me to prepare and ship hazardous chemicals and materials without my proper license (this has happened 3 times)
Asking me to illegally notarize documents that have already been signed, not in my presence and without any ID. (he has asked me to do this more than 5 times).
Who do I report this to? What sort of proof would I need that this infraction occurred?
Please don’t tell me to quit my job, I know I need a new job and I’ve been job hunting for months now. Can’t afford to prove that it’s a “hostile work environment” to the Unemployment dept. if I quit.
I just want to know where to report him/the company, and if it’ll even be worth my time. In Colorado btw.
