Hunting Lands Of Texas

Anybody know about deer leases in North Texas?
I have over 100 acres in North Texas that I let the deer hunting season. This land is a wooded area with weeds and has deer, dove, quail and varmits all types of hunting. Does anyone know how much goes for leases? Anyone want to lease it? My land is in Forestburg, Texas Montague County and yes, it's still available. The earth has a main street that you can access. It has a lot of trees, grass, etc.. White tail deer, turkey, dove, quail and varmits. You could camp but from now on the water well is not connected backup yet, but I'm trying to get that done. It is only 110 acres of hunting grounds, but nothing.
Depending on the extent to which county north. Also the field, access roads, and utilities that may be provided. I hire three in West Texas (Kinney) for $ 950 a year each in 130 hectares. They are self-sufficient.
