What’re the rules for transporting SEMI-AUTOMATIC rifles across state lines? Say Texas to Cali. No ammunition in the vehicle, or in the weapon itself. Say a simple hunting rifle?
As the legality of semi-automatics varies from state to state, if I were going to do this I would call each state’s state police to find out that state’s laws. Write down the name of each officer and the post he works out of.
