Hunting School

Find the perfect job after his college days began long before seeking work and building relationships of his early years as a student.
We do not say that the job search after college would be easy. But it has to be complicated.
Here are some advice on where to find the hidden jobs and how to build professional relationships.
Mentors
Find mentors now. Many successful professionals love to give back to being a mentor. You maybe surprised by the receptivity of many are. This is a great network to show the ropes, and perhaps make connections and recommendations when you need a job. If you do not know where to start looking for a mentor, try your school's alumni services (which may share your contacts or to give their coordinates of some of the people on her list), people in professional associations, professor and contacts, speakers or invited to events, people in the news. Some of these mentors become his life long friends and future customers or suppliers to make inroads in that coveted job. It's a win-win situation and many mentors are well aware of this.
Career Center
If the school has a career center, not just check the listings, make a point of getting to know the staff and career consultants. Let them know what you want and ask for suggestions and advice, contacts or mentors. Make a statement and build your credibility so that you are at the top of your mind the opportunities that arise and that they can refer. Do the same with the head hunting companies.
I was getting exceptional service from our career center. I discussed with staff and one day I wrote them a letter and took some organic plums. So perhaps the fruit were not a smart idea, but acknowledged the gesture and the fact that I appreciated their efforts. They were my best friends (and some of the most ingenious), in seeking employment ever since.
Volunteering
Network, adding to their skills set, and get some experience in their field of interest. You will be surprised how effective volunteerism. Some of the best jobs related to word of mouth, referrals and karma comes Volunteer.
