INS agents pull over vehicles when the driver has committed no crime & check ID’s why shouldn’t police do it?
I don’t hear any Libs whining about the INS rounding up people.
Here in Texas the INS pulls over vehicles solely because they are full of hispanics & they are looking to arrest & deport them.
Whats the big deal about the police in Arizona asking for ID’s when the INS is HUNTING them?
Wrong. Even ICE still needs probable cause to stop someone. It is ILLEGAL to pull over a car merely because its occupants are Hispanics.
