October Hunting Season
How weapon / ammunition supplies in your area?
I am a trader, and as everywhere, we had a serious, extended the application in the 380s (and Ruger Keltec) ARS, QA and more or less since October last year. The ARS and QA are leaving a little (still can not fill all my orders) but the gold is 380. The 240 Next I have now been sold. Ltteing Ammo seems a bit too, but the 380 and 45 are still hard to find. 223 and 7.62 are slow, at all, but I suspect hunting seasons will be put back in the short term supply. I do not have to wait and see ammunition "back to normal" until January / February 2010, when hunting seasons close. Ammo price increase seems to be speculation, since wholesale prices have not risen much (though 223 and 7.62 has increased slightly, nothing to justify the prices I saw for sale). Does weapon / ammunition supplies still short in your area, and what the country are you?
I need 380 for my PPK clone. Paid top dollar for my SKS, 7.62×39 or 38 cents for the year. Have a can of 7.62×54 pricing the Mosin. ammunition is a kind of scarce and expensive here in northwestern CT.
