Runescape Hunting Penguins
In Runescape, what is the quickest way to gain experience of attack?
I have tried to stone crabs, hill giants, and the yaks. I would prefer something non-combat, as a search (as I did the big tree), hunting of penguins, or something. Combat NPCs are very well too, though.

I encountered the same problem. do a search Fenkenstrain called Creature. in that search you will have to press a memorial, to be implemented in a room full of experiments. they are level 25 with 101 hp, which is 404 / u. exp.
