Why is it that in a crowded room, a leader will emerge in minutes others want follow?
Have you ever noticed that in your company, all the people who come in want to join the leading producers?
So how can be used to this and turn it to your advantage?
Believe it or not, the solution lies in human psychology. This is the starting point.
Attraction not an option!
It's a biological trigger from the principles of humanity. As a result of their instinct for survival, people exist in groups social and always stick to a leader so that they learn the skills necessary to fend for themselves.
The leader is known as the "Alpha". They are the strongest members and most dominant of these groups.
This concept still pertains to today's world, but is expressed through different abilities. No hunting for and gathering food, for example, but skills such as business acumen, sociability, financial freedom and education.
There are two things you can derive from this:
1) People's attraction to others happens in your subconscious mind. They are attracted to people who pass leadership qualities and have a high level of personal value.
2) For you to become a top producer in the networking or the top of his game in any industry must learn to exude these qualities and their value to others.
Sometimes it can take years to develop these attributes.
You see, There are 3 types of people. (These are leaders recognized alpha), pre-(and leaders from Alfa) and (Beta followers).
Which one are you?
Here's the thing … the group that you think belongs is determined by your mood!
You decide!
Now belief can not fake. You really think you are … or not.
Challenging the view you have about yourself can be difficult. Increasing your value to others and taking the initiative to move from one group to another is reduced to personal development.
Belief must come before the results and this will lead to actions and behaviors.
You can do this …. Leaders are not born subject to develop .. start now!
