Are there any TV show or DVD showing hunting, cleaning, gutting, cooking after an animal?
Well, a number in the Discovery Channel is currently airing, is called Out Of The Wild: The Alaska Experiment. New episodes are every Tuesday, but the air is repeated several times. The history of the series is a bunch of useless in the city to get three days of survival training after takeoff in the Alaskan wilderness trying to find ways out. The series shows these people hiking, hunting, skinning and cooking their kill. It is not too graphic or instruction, but the idea. So far they have done everything from mice, birds of a porcupine. They have been using a rifle / shotgun combo and traps. You might find it interesting. I am an avid nature lover and I seems kind of comical at times.
