Is it true that Bounty Hunting is illegal in 4 states?
Is it true that in Illinois, Kentucky, Oregon, and Wisconsin the practice of bounty hunting is illegal? If so do you think it should be banned in other states? I do. Please let me know thank you.
True, and in addition to the states you mention, bounty hunters are also banned in South Carolina, North Carolina, And the District of Columbia. I have no opinion either way if more states should ban.
